What Can You Expect

• We are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to oversee and manage the full payroll cycle for a growing construction company.
• This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, supervising payroll staff, and serving as the primary reviewer of payroll prior to final approval.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction payroll, including certified payroll, multi-state taxation, and job costing, and will be comfortable working across integrated systems such as ADP and Viewpoint.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5-8+ years of payroll experience, preferably in construction
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity (formal or informal)
• Strong experience with: Certified Payroll, Prevailing wage, Multi-state payroll
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or Viewpoint Vista strongly preferred
