Inside Sales & Marketing Associate

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a driven and adaptable Inside Sales & Marketing Associate in Kennesaw, GA. In this dynamic, high-growth role, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, driving sales activity, creating engaging marketing content, and supporting operations in a fast-paced environment. In an Inside Sales & Marketing Associate job you'll be responsible for: Connecting with new and existing sales accounts via cold calls, warm leads, email follow-up, and in-person interactions. Onboarding and activating new cabinet dealers, builders, contractors, and designers. Guiding customers through product ordering processes, programs, samples, and sales resources. Supporting independent sales representatives with quotes, order entry, and open project opportunities. Maintaining accurate customer data, pipeline records, and sales activity within the CRM system. Creating, scheduling, and managing engaging social media posts and digital marketing campaigns. Designing flyers, email graphics, promotional tools, and sales materials using web-based design platforms. Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Service, Claims, and Operations to support sales growth and company goals. What you'll need: Entry-level experience or education in sales, customer service, marketing, or business administration. Strong communication skills and confidence making outbound phone calls and conducting email follow-ups. Hands-on experience creating social media content and designing digital marketing graphics. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and follow-through. Ability to quickly learn sales technology, including CRM platforms, order management, and ERP systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google productivity tools. Experience in wholesale distribution, building materials, construction, or cabinetry is a plus.
