Customer Service Representative [Bilingual: English/Spanish]

Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual, [English/Spanish], motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Clerk to join our staffing team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential.
Duties
Generate and send accurate invoices to clients.
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
Follow up with clients on overdue accounts and initiate collection procedures.
Record and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to receivables.
Qualifications
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective client communication.
Ability to analyze financial data accurately and efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Proficiency in Excel
Computer Skills
Math Skills
Experience in working in shipping/warehouse environment
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Requirements:
Recruiting or staffing experience preferred (light industrial a plus)
Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Proficient with computers, scheduling, and ATS systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
8:00am–4:30pm + some Saturdays
