Customer Service Representative [Bilingual: English/Spanish]

Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual, [English/Spanish], motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Clerk to join our staffing team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential.
Duties
- Generate and send accurate invoices to clients.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Follow up with clients on overdue accounts and initiate collection procedures.
- Record and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to receivables.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective client communication.
- Ability to analyze financial data accurately and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Computer Skills
- Math Skills
- Experience in working in shipping/warehouse environment
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Requirements:
- Recruiting or staffing experience preferred (light industrial a plus)
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers, scheduling, and ATS systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 8:00am–4:30pm + some Saturdays
