We are looking for a Sr Data Business Systems Analyst/Sr. Technical Data Product Owner supporting enterprise Data Engineering and Business Intelligence initiatives. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving data solutions that deliver actionable insights, improve decision-making, and support strategic business objectives. • Compensation: $47-55/hr

What You'll Do:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise data, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
• Create source-to-target mapping documentation and partner with engineering teams on data integration projects.
• Develop mockups, prototypes, and solution designs that improve data accessibility and user experience.
• Validate and test delivered solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements, quality standards, and project objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing training, support, and ongoing communication throughout project lifecycles.

What Gets You the Job:

• 5-7 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with source-to-target mapping, data integration projects, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in data modeling, data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data validation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI and analytics platforms to deliver actionable insights and reporting solutions.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, gather requirements, and work effectively in Agile environments while balancing multiple priorities.
