IT Manager

Salary $130,000-$140,000 base salary + discretionary bonus and full benefits package Job Summary Our client is seeking a hands‑on IT Manager to oversee internal IT operations, infrastructure, and support teams across multiple office locations. This role will lead a team of IT support professionals while helping drive infrastructure improvements, cybersecurity initiatives, Microsoft 365/Azure administration, and operational scalability within a growing organization. Job Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations and infrastructure support Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments Lead cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management initiatives Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and support infrastructure projects Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning Partner with leadership on IT strategy, process improvements, and scaling initiatives Support office expansions, system rollouts, and operational improvements Qualifications 7+ years of progressive IT experience including leadership responsibilities Prior experience managing IT operations and support teams Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and IT infrastructure Experience supporting multi‑location environments Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance best practices MSP experience strongly preferred Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL) About The Company Our client is a rapidly growing global technology company focused on delivering innovative payment and commerce solutions worldwide.
