LPN Float Full Time

St. Mary's Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time LPN Float to support patient care across multiple units. What You'll Do As an LPN Float, you will support patient care needs across various units. Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in the modification of the plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, considering each patient's developmental needs.
• Participating in evaluating patient responses to interventions based on expected outcomes.
• Reassessing patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards of Care Policy and modifying the plan of care as needed.
• Contributing to patient assessments by conducting focused evaluations.
• Collecting and comparing patient data to previous conditions and documenting or reporting changes appropriately.

Qualifications What We're Looking For

• Licensure / Certification / Education Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma required. Current BLS required.
• Experience One (1) year full- or part-time (greater than 20 hours/week) hospital-based experience required. Basic computer skills required.
