What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload independently in inpatient rehab, acute, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings
- Provide therapy for diverse patient diagnoses, including spinal cord injuries, TBIs, strokes, amputees, trauma, orthopedic surgeries, neuro diagnoses, and medically complex patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress using EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech Expanse, Wellsky, and AOD
- Support patient recovery across multiple care settings
- Adhere to facility policies, including proper scrubs (Pewter for inpatient or professional dress for outpatient)
What You Need
- Required:
- Current LA PT license
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in specialty care
- Ability to independently manage caseloads
- Experience with patient types listed above
- Preferred:
- Experience with EMR systems listed (Epic, Meditech Expanse, Wellsky)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to multiple care settings
