Litigation Associate

Job OverviewA law firm seeks a motivated Litigation Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join its civil litigation department in Bradenton, FL. This role involves managing case files from start to finish, working directly with clients, and actively participating in hearings, depositions, and trials. Duties Manage case files from initiation to resolution. Work directly with clients to address their legal needs. Participate actively in hearings, depositions, and trials. Engage in business and corporate litigation, real property disputes, land use matters, and trust and probate litigation. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation. Familiarity with Lexis Nexis and Florida civil procedure preferred. Florida Bar membership required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the Florida Bar. Skills Strong case management and client interaction skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
