Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Location : Indianapolis, IN Position Overview A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations at its Indianapolis facility. This role is responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading and developing production teams in a fast-paced environment. The Production Manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer demand, improve processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
