Litigation Paralegal
LHH is recruiting a litigation paralegal with 3+ years of experience for a downtown Cleveland law firm. On-site. Criminal law experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Document drafting and management: Draft and finalize legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and discovery requests, and manage electronic and paper files.
- Discovery support: Assist with the discovery process by preparing discovery requests and responses, summarizing depositions, and organizing document productions.
- Trial preparation: Help prepare for hearings and trials by organizing exhibits, coordinating logistics, and preparing witnesses for depositions and testimony.
- Case management: Track court deadlines, maintain case chronologies, and support attorneys with various administrative and support tasks.
- Legal research: Conduct legal and factual research on case law, statutes, and other relevant information.
