We are inviting the right leader to join our team and help us drive rapid growth.We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our expanding Human Resources team and support an Operations team in the US and Canada. In this role, you will serve as the primary HR leader for your line of business, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and an understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Responsibilities include:Serve as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, offering guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.Coach managers on effective communication, accountability, and employee engagement strategies.Conduct investigations and manage workplace claimsAuditing of department policies, procedures, and integrations to ensure data validity and complianceSupport recruitment efforts, collaborating closely with the Director of Talent to develop and implement an efficient and effective recruitment and onboarding processOversee reporting and metrics management, providing regular updates to the HR Leadership Team on key HR initiatives and performance metricsFacilitate ADA Accommodation Requests in partnership with Operations and the Benefits team.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.Generate routine reports and assist with HR administrative processes and compliance activities.Utilize HR technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance employee support.Perform additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements and qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field5+ years of experience working in Human Resources, or a related fieldProven experience working in a fast-paced, high growth organizationStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulationsGreat attention to detailAbility to maintain strict confidentiality while working with HR recordsGood communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely respond to inquiriesAbility to collaborate in a team environment with a commitment to the overall success of the organizationDemonstrative ability showing strong analytical, problem-solving skills and is cognizant of adequate response timesStrong work ethic and high-level of integrity needed for working with confidential informationWe offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, exceptional growth potential and stability, all within a professional, yet casual work environment.Hallcon is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals.
