Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Associate Corporate Counsel Category: Jobs Organiser: Egnyte Description: Egnyte is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team as a key partner for various departments. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of customer and vendor-facing commercial agreements. The successful candidate will advise on contractual, legal, and business risks, particularly within the SaaS and technology sectors, and support initiatives related to intellectual property, data privacy, and risk management. Eligibility: Applicants must hold an active California or other State Bar membership in good standing. One to two years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (preferably in SaaS or technology) is required. Knowledge of GDPR/CPRA and intellectual property principles is highly desirable.
