About the TeamWe are looking for an amazing Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Healthcare Vertical team. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with customers ensuring successful deployment of Zoom products and services. Your efforts will drive customer satisfaction and happiness.ResponsibilitiesThe CSM is the Trusted Advisor, manages deployment, and product adoptions for customer accountsDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders within assigned accountsConduct on-going account meetings to communicate best practices, develop plans for expanded functional usage, provide use case examples for leveraging key product functionality and communicate new feature releasesPlan and conduct on-boarding and training for new customersClosely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate risk attributionCreate and deliver monthly reports to highlight customer successes and provide on-going recommendations for further optimizationAnalyze customer account trends and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards, customer requirements, and features are properly deployed and addressedCollaborate with key internal stakeholders with demonstrated ability to take direction and produce required resultsWhat We're Looking For5+ years experience and a proven track servicing strategic accounts3+ years working servicing clients within the healthcare space.BA/BS degree or equivalent work experiencePrevious experience working in a Client or Customer Success role within one of these industries: cloud/SAAS and audio video vendors is highly preferredAbility to demonstrate account portfolio planning competency, ability to prioritize work and strong time management skillsPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to executive and key decision makersCRM experience with Salesforce.com preferredAbility to deliver customized presentations and demonstrations via web conferenceStrong product knowledge of Video / Audio Collaboration with ability to articulate how to best use and deploy the service is preferredStrong acumen of software industryGreat interpersonal skills with a positive attitudePrior experience managing healthcare accounts preferred; familiarity with health system stakeholders (clinical, IT, and administrative) and the regulatory environment they operate in is a plus.Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$88,600.00Maximum:$177,300.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
