If you thrive in a hands-on role where you can make a real difference for kids and families, this is the place for you!## Why You’ll Love Working With Us**Competitive Pay:** Starting at $23ph**Comprehensive Benefits:** Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 4% match, PTO, and more!**Team-Oriented Culture**: A welcoming, supportive, and collaborative work environment. **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday–Friday, with rotating half-day Saturdays and Sundays. ## **What You’ll Do:*** Greet, escort, and prepare pediatric patients for examinations and treatments.* Obtain and accurately document vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, and pulse oximetry.* Perform phlebotomy, capillary blood collection, and specimen collection.* Perform point-of-care testing, including rapid strep, influenza, COVID-19, and other approved tests.* Assist providers with examinations, clinical procedures, and patient care.* Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation, and provider communications.* Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and patient follow-up.* Maintain clean, sanitized, and stocked exam rooms and clinical equipment.* Complete required clinical logs, safety checks, and regulatory documentation.* Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.## **What We’re Looking For*** **Minimum 3-5 years of Medical Assistant experience required.*** **Completion of a Medical Assistant program required.*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* Previous pediatric office experience preferred.* Experience with electronic medical records required; AthenaOne and/or Phreesia preferred.* Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.* Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude. ### Compensation Range: $23.00-$26.00per hourThe compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting.
