Lee Palmer DDS PC is seeking an outstanding hygienist to work 2-4 days per week with flexible scheduling options. Pay $40~$60 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Part-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist Registered Dental Hygienist license required Strong time management skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to engage with patients in treatment discussions and relationship building Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Job Description Perform dental hygiene services including cleanings, scaling, and root planing Utilize intraoral cameras and 3D X-rays to educate patients on their oral health status Discuss treatment plans and oral hygiene techniques empathetically with patients Assist Dr. Palmer with patient care as needed, including supportive clinical duties Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient office flow and quality patient experiences Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Provide exceptional patient care with a focus on comfort and education Benefits Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Monday: 8 AM – 5 PM Tuesday: 8 AM – 5 PM Wednesday: 8 AM – 5 PM Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM Friday: 8 AM – 1 PM Saturday: Closed Sunday: Closed No nights or weekend work required About the Practice Name: Lee Palmer DDS PC Location: 143 4th Avenue North, Franklin, TN 37064 Lee Palmer DDS PC
