Social Media Content Creator

Kowboy Fence Company is a fast-growing, family-owned fencing business with locations across Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, and beyond. The Role We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Content Creator to build and manage our online presence. You'll own content creation across our social platforms, tell the Kowboy Fence story, and help drive brand awareness as we expand into new markets. What You'll Do Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Shoot and edit photos and Reels on job sites, in our yards, and at company events Write copy for posts, captions, ads, and email campaigns Manage our content calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our following Collaborate with location managers and the operations team to highlight project work and company culture Track performance metrics and report on what's working What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation Strong eye for visual content — photography and Reels editing skills required Comfortable on job sites and in the field (this isn't a desk-only role) Proficiency with editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar) Self-starter who can manage their own workflow without a lot of hand-holding Experience with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and basic analytics Bonus: experience with paid social advertising Compensation Competitive salary based on experience To Apply: Submit your resume along with a link to your portfolio or examples of past social media work. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kowboy Fence Company
