Preschool Teacher (3-Year-Old Program)

We are currently seeking a Preschool Teacher for our 3-year-old program. This position is ideal for a passionate and nurturing educator who feels called to work with young children during their most formative years. The ideal candidate will integrate faith, love, and learning in a play-based, developmentally appropriate classroom.

Qualifications:

• Early Childhood Education (ZA/ZS endorsement) or an Associate's Degree or higher in Child Development or a related field
• Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate or Child Development Credential
• Practicing Catholic preferred and willing to model Catholic Christian values
• Catechist Certification (or willingness to obtain through the Archdiocese of Detroit)
• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
• Commitment to fostering a safe, faith-filled, and academically nurturing classroom environment

Responsibilities Include:

• Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
• Promoting social-emotional, spiritual, and academic growth in young children
• Collaborating with colleagues and families to support student development
• Demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and a strong sense of mission
