Permanent Associate Attorney We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and innovative attorney with a passion for business litigation and a knack for resolving complex legal issues. This Permanent Associate Attorney will provide high‑quality legal services to a diverse clientele and contribute to our ongoing success. Job Details Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year. Responsibilities Managing and overseeing a diverse caseload of business litigation matters, including contract disputes and employment litigation. Drafting, reviewing, and arguing pleadings, motions, and other court documents. Conducting comprehensive discovery processes, including depositions. Engaging in rigorous case management, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and effectively. Providing expert client counseling, offering clear, concise, and practical advice. Negotiating settlements, striving to secure the best possible outcome for our clients. Staying abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact our clients and their businesses. Collaborating with a team of talented legal professionals, contributing to team goals and firm‑wide initiatives. Qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Associate Attorney, Litigation Attorney, or similar role. Proven experience in business litigation, contract disputes, and employment litigation. Demonstrated ability to draft and argue pleadings, motions, and other court documents. Proficiency in conducting discovery processes, including depositions. Strong case management skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively. Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of successful settlement negotiations. Proficient understanding of business torts. Exceptional client counseling skills, with the ability to offer clear, concise, and practical advice. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues. A team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of legal professionals.
