Line Cook - Full Time

Job Title: Full Time Line Cook Join the dynamic and vibrant team at Highball! We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill our Line Cook position. Responsibilities: Preparation and cooking of menu items in accordance with Highball's quality and service standards. Ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients and dishes. Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash. Assisting other cooks during the food assembly process. Managing and organizing the kitchen and inventory. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and a willingness to learn. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and creativity for food presentation. Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
