Job Responsibilities: Lead accounting operations by overseeing financial reporting close activities and account reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reporting requirements. Analyze property level financial results and provide explanations for budget and performance variances. Support cash flow planning budgeting and forecasting activities to assist business decision making. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to maintain accurate records and improve reporting processes. Requirements: A Bachelor degree in accounting finance or a related field. 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with real estate industry exposure. Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and property accounting practices. Use Excel at an advanced level to analyze financial information and prepare detailed reports. Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment. Qualifications: Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate financial performance and identify trends.
