10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Daily, ongoing shifts available Ideal candidate available at least 3 days per week Must have reliable transportation $21–$23/hour Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver, HCA, or CNA with experience caring for seniors to join our team. What We Offer $21–$23/hour for HCA and CNA caregivers Flexible scheduling Ongoing shift opportunities Health, dental & vision insurance Paid time off & sick leave Free continuing education and training Part-time and full-time opportunities Caregiver Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility and daily activities Help with personal care, hygiene, and dressing Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping Accompany clients to appointments, walks, and outings Report changes or unusual incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family Respond appropriately in emergency situations Requirements Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification , or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program Reliable transportation Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English U.S. work authorization required Reliable, punctual, respectful, and compassionate Strong communication and time-management skills Physical ability to perform required caregiving duties Generally expected hours: 12–20 per week, with opportunities for up to 40 hours depending on client needs and availability.
