Motion Designer

Bringing interfaces and brands to life, the full-time remote Motion Designer will craft high-impact digital experiences through concept development, multi-format animation, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining brand consistency and optimizing workflows. Key responsibilities Define motion systems and establish visual standards for campaigns and digital products Translate creative concepts into storyboards and visual explorations for effective communication with clients and teams Conceptualize and execute high-quality animations and edit video content while ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines Required qualifications 3-5+ years of motion design experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong portfolio Mastery in Adobe After Effects and expertise in 3D software and alternative animation tools Outstanding skills in 2D animation, interface motion, and video editing Strong visual judgment and ability to contribute to creative concepts and visual systems Active curiosity for exploring AI-assisted workflows and modern post-production techniques Virtual Vocations Inc
