About the Role

The role requires exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication skills, and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with senior leaders in healthcare and a strong background in cross-functional partnership. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's or advanced degree. The VP will be expected to demonstrate leadership competencies in value orientation, strategic judgment, analytical credibility, and executive influence.
