The Operations Support team drives the success of this fulfillment network by providing clear visibility into operational health, identifying and driving performance improvements to ensure Grainger delivers the best service to our customers at the lowest cost. You Will: Lead the Operations Support Training Delivery team (up to 4 direct reports), overseeing facilitators, learning management system (LMS), and data analysts to deploy learning programs supporting Supply Chain Learning & Development. Oversee the execution and measurement of organization-wide training programs, including recurring curriculum and one-off training initiatives to support organizational changes, ensuring they are effective and consistent across the organization. Act as a trusted consultant and partner with internal and external training organizations to benchmark and share best practices, aiming to impact network metrics by delivering core onboarding and process training programs to improve team member quality and productivity. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and delivery methods through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant. Partner closely with leaders in training design, communications, and analytics to define needs and validate outcomes. Identify and address gaps in training content and delivery methods. Prepare and present regular reports on training effectiveness to senior management. Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You Have: Bachelors degree in organizational development, training and development, human resources management, business administration, or operations management or similar experience. Learning & Development experience in an operations environment with a diverse employee population of both non-exempt and exempt team members. 5+ years experience being a strategic stakeholder and team leader, ideally within an industrial supply or similar industry. Strong leadership, project, and process management skills. Analytical skills to assess training needs, measure training effectiveness and influence change. Travel requirements: up to 25%.
