This Education and Training Specialist supports the Florida PALM Project, a statewide enterprise resource planning initiative replacing legacy financial systems. The role develops, creates, and delivers training materials and curriculum for end users across multiple state agencies implementing the new financial management platform. The position is part of the Training, Education, and Development Team within the Department of Financial Services. Five years of experience in communication, training design, training development, or related field (or post-secondary degree as substitute) Experience creating training content in web-based applications such as Articulate 360 or Captivate Experience designing instructor-led or web-based training Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of adult learning strategies and ability to deliver in-person training #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
