**Essential Job Functions:** - Collaborate with all team members to ensure the project is installed correctly and to customer satisfaction. Communicate with the customer and Service Manager at the end of the installation to project is complete. - Install windows and entry doors according to the standards and procedures set by Childers Door Service.

**Secondary Job Functions:** - Provide excellent communication and customer service skills while interacting with homeowners and team members. - Instruct homeowners on the care and warranty of newly installed products. - Assist in training support staff on installation, clean-up procedures, and various workplace projects.

**Requirements:** - This position is physically demanding. The installer will spend most of the workday standing, kneeling, bending, lifting, and carrying items on uneven surfaces, stairs, and ladders. - A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in replacement window and door installation is required. - Must be able to safely climb ladders while carrying products that weigh up to 100 pounds. - Ability to perform work in all weather conditions throughout the year is essential. - A clean, valid driver's license is required. - The applicant should possess essential tools for the installation position, including a drill, hammer, snips, tape measure, tool pouch, speed square, 6-foot level, screwdrivers, a 5-in-1 tool, a putty knife, and any additional tools as needed. - The candidate must have excellent prioritization and project management skills.

**Schedule:** - This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, which may increase to 40-50 hours per week during peak installation season. - Work hours are generally Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional Saturdays.
