Production Assistant

Consistently and accurately packages coffee and maintains a clean and efficient roastery. Assists the lead roaster in the daily roasting of coffee and the maintenance of equipment in the roastery. Lifting of green, feeding beans into the hopper, oversight of the roaster profiles and schedule. Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of all coffee roastery & production equipment Other Responsibilities: Participates in daily cupping to ensure quality output. Other duties as assigned by management. Assists in the shipping of goods as needed Communicates inventory levels to the manager. Position Requirements: Skills: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Able to stand for 6 to 8 hours a day. Able to work in a warm/hot environment.
