This full-time, contract-based role offers 37.5 hours per week throughout the entire 2026-2027 school year—making a meaningful impact from the first bell to last.

As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping students develop the communication skills necessary for academic and social success. Working collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff, you’ll address a diverse range of speech, language, and communication needs within a vibrant school community.

Your Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students across PreK, elementary, and high school levels
• Conduct screenings and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Partner with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ educational plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
