Senior Operations Analyst

Responsibilities Leads implementation for products, services, and operational solutions Manages the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services Consults on procedural, technical, and operational changes Advances business products knowledge within operations environment Fosters relationships with partners and teammates Inspects data to identify issues and trends Presents reporting on key performance and implementation status Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Acts with a sense of urgency and creates this in others Displays problem‑solving, analytical & organizational skills Acts decisively and with good judgment Must be flexible & adaptable; ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities Think strategically and willingly participates in projects and other opportunities Motivated individual who always maintains a positive and professional attitude High emphasis around identifying and managing risk Multitasking (i.e., ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Mainframe experience Workflow tools experience (GSS, GFS, OBA) Exposure to billing applications Desired Skills & Abilities Knowledge of Billing Applications APX CAPS CPP InfoPoint Shift 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week 40 Privacy Statement #J-18808-Ljbffr
