Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Lead (Contract W2)

Work Location: 333 South Wabash Avenue, Chicago, IL 60604 (Day one Onsite)

Interview: WebEx Hire

Duration: Long Term

Must-Have Requirements:

8+ years of ServiceNow experience with ITSM leadership.

Strong implementation experience in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

Expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

Strong workflow automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

Strong JavaScript scripting and platform customization skills.

ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM certifications preferred.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile project experience.
