As a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for prospecting for new opportunities, following up with leads, connecting with prospective buyers and sellers, gathering key information, and moving qualified prospects through the sales funnel.

$70,000 - $100,000+ annually

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads , build rapport with prospective buyers and sellers, and identify their real estate needs, goals, and timeline

• Follow up consistently with prospects by phone, email, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and move qualified leads through the sales pipeline

• Schedule and confirm buyer and seller appointments for our Real Estate Sales Agents while creating a positive client experience

• Prospect for new business opportunities through a high volume of daily customer touchpoints and established geographic markets

• Use proven scripts and sales techniques to engage prospects, overcome objections, and create qualified opportunities

• Educate prospects about EmpowerHome Team and clearly communicate the unique value, services, and advantages our team provides

• Guide conversations toward a clear call to action , converting qualified prospects into appointments for the sales team

• Listen actively and respond to consumer questions with knowledgeable, helpful, and professional information

• Maintain an accurate and organized CRM database , documenting client interactions, updating notes, and completing scheduled follow-up tasks

• Manage daily call activity, follow-up, and workflow to consistently meet individual and team performance benchmarks

• Participate in weekly team meetings, sales training, coaching, and roleplay to improve skills and stay aligned with team goals

• Master and consistently apply EmpowerHome's proven sales systems, scripts, and processes to maximize lead conversion and appointment-setting results

• Represent the EmpowerHome brand professionally and consistently in every conversation with prospective clients

• Track personal performance and work toward individual and team goals for calls, contacts, appointments, and conversions

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong ability to build rapport, listen actively, and connect with prospective clients

• A valid U.S. driver's license and reliable ability to travel by car when needed

• Comfortable learning and using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales technology

• Strong organizational and time-management skills , with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment

• Self-motivated and results-driven , with a strong desire to succeed and continuously improve

• Coachable and eager to learn proven sales systems, scripts, and processes

• Ability to consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance benchmarks

• Strong sense of accountability, persistence, and follow-through
