The Assistant Store Manager - Operations supports the Store Manager in leading operational, financial, and team functions within an At Home store. plays a key part in driving store performance in a large-format retail environment with annual sales typically ranging from $4-$10 million by supporting efficient store operations, maintaining strong execution standards, and delivering an exceptional experience for both Team Members and customers. * High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

* Proven experience leading teams of 20+ Team Members and managing a minimum of $Knowledge of freight processes, inventory control, stocking, and merchandising, with the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

* Experience utilizing task management, HRIS, and workforce scheduling systems.

* Comfortable working in a retail environment that includes sales floor, Ability to use standard retail equipment, including pallet jacks and rolling carts and baler.
