Job Overview:

Cynet Locums is seeking a Non - Iinvasive Cardiology Physician for an outpatient locum tenens assignment in Las Vegas, Nevada.

• Start Date: September 1, 2026
  
• End Date: February 26, 2027
  
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
  
• Hours: 40 hours/week
  
• Setting: Outpatient Cardiology Clinic
  
• Reason for Coverage: FMLA/LOA
  
• EMR: Epic
  
• Providers Needed: 1
  

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage adult and geriatric cardiovascular patients
  
• Develop individualized treatment plans
  
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
  
• Provide general/noninvasive cardiology care
  
• Perform procedures within approved clinical privileges
  
• Prescribe medications as appropriate
  
• Educate patients and families
  Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare
• professionals
  
• Complete clinical documentation, coding, and billing
  
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
  

Practice Environment:

• Adult and geriatric patient population
  
• Minimum 36 patient-contact hours/week
  
• Support from MA, RN, NP/PA, and administrative coordinator
  
• Collaborative outpatient environment
  
• Lunch break included in the schedule
  

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
  
• ACGME- or AOA-approved residency
  
• General Cardiology fellowship training required
  
• Board Certified
  
• Unrestricted Federal DEA
  
• Current BLS and ACLS
  
• Strong English communication skills
