Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to two 2‑year‑old twins, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and report any significant changes to the care team. Position Requirements Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state. Current CPR certification (in‑person only). TB skin test completed within the past 12 months. Ability to work independently in a home‑care setting. Pay Rates LPN: $28 – $32 per hour RN: $29 – $33 per hour LPN and RN Pay Rates are hourly and include weekly pay, bonuses, and incentives for high‑need cases.
