Certified Home Health Coding Reviewer

To support the Healthcare group, a Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will work remotely to accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and assess OASIS items while providing ongoing education and consulting to clients. Key responsibilities Review patient charts for home health coding and OASIS assessments, ensuring accuracy and compliance Communicate with clients to educate them on trends and guidelines related to coding and OASIS conventions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ICD-10 coding and OASIS guidelines through continuing education and professional development Required qualifications Certification in Home Health Coding is required Certification in OASIS is required Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Home Health coding and OASIS operations or quality Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and compliance guidelines Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks while working remotely
