Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in San Antonio, TX. This role supports a high-visibility VIP customer service team serving high-value business and consumer customers in the financial services industry.

This is not a typical call center position. You will provide white-glove customer support for complex inquiries, escalations, billing concerns, service issues, and troubleshooting needs. Customers may include business owners, professionals, and organizations that expect timely, polished, and solution-focused support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized VIP customer support as a front-line brand ambassador for high-value business and consumer customers.
- Manage complex inquiries, escalated concerns, billing questions, product questions, and service-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Take ownership of customer concerns from initial contact through resolution while providing timely and accurate updates.
- Document customer interactions, tickets, issue details, and follow-up actions accurately in CRM systems.
- Identify recurring customer issues, service trends, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Troubleshoot or coordinate resolution for technical issues involving hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices when applicable.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $19.50 per hour.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Position Type: Full-time.
- Location: 100% onsite in San Antonio, TX 78235.
- Start Date: October 19, 2026.
- Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support VIP customer accounts by resolving complex service issues, escalations, billing questions, and account concerns.
- Manage customer interactions using CRM systems while maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
- Partner with internal teams and business partners to coordinate timely issue resolution.
- Use critical thinking, empathy, and sound judgment to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- 2+ years of telecom customer service experience.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage escalated or complex customer situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to identify customer trends, patterns, recurring issues, and potential service concerns.
- Comfortable working in a Secure Workspace environment where personal electronics and items such as pen and paper are not permitted.
- Ability to adapt quickly as processes, systems, and customer needs evolve.
- Positive, resilient, and solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous leadership or escalation-management experience.
- Experience handling billing inquiries and product or service questions.
- Technical troubleshooting experience.
- Experience in a telecom technical call center environment.
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 technical support experience.
- Experience supporting business customers or high-value VIP accounts.
