Whether you\'re an experienced fire protection professional or a construction project manager looking to grow into a specialized industry, we\'ll provide the support and resources to help you succeed. The salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000 for entry-level candidates. Experienced construction project managers are encouraged to apply. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Job Responsibilities Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability Coordinate with customers, general contractors, and field teams Review construction documents and develop sprinkler system designs Perform hydraulic calculations and material takeoffs Lead project planning, manpower forecasting, and field coordination Manage project financials, billing, and change orders Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and code requirements Build strong relationships with customers and project partners What You\'ll Work On Industrial and manufacturing facilities Military installations High-hazard warehouses Healthcare and commercial buildings Educational facilities Government projects Mission critical projects Local Community projects Job Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field is preferred, but is not required. Project management experience in construction or a related industry is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, AutoSprink, HydraCAD, or similar software is a plus but not required.
