Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavioral Technician Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Whether you're new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth and an opportunity to change lives! What You'll Do Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months10 years) Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record behavioral data Support skill development, communication, and social interaction Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment Pay & Career Growth Hourly Pay: Entry Level: $15.00/hr RBT IV: $16.00$20.00/hr Senior RBT: $21.00/hr Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern ? Lead RBT ? ABA Apprentice ? BCBA ?
