Licensed Practical Nurse

The role involves utilizing the nursing process under supervision or the direction of a registered nurse, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. Responsibilities include coordinating care, maintaining professional accountability, and adapting to last-minute shift changes. Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, an active LPN license, and recent bedside experience—one year for Med Surg and two years for specialized units. Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification are required, with preferred Epic experience.
