About the Role: The Lead Bartender at Bar Sprezzatura is a motivated, organized, and passionate beverage professional who leads our bar team with expertise and creativity. You’ll craft exceptional cocktails, educate and inspire staff, manage inventory and beverage costs, and elevate the guest experience with your deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Our Ideal candidate is: A motivated beverage professional who is organized, passionate, and professional. You will be a leading part of our beverage team with a passion for educating and enthralling our guests. You have amazing attention to detail, and expansive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. You work well leading a team, work well under pressure, and have experience in inventory management and beverage costing. You have a strong desire to learn and take a leading role in staff education and development.
