Job Overview Position: Client Engagement Associate – Financial CenterLocation: Hyde Park, MA, Quincy, MAShift: 1st shiftHours per week: 40 Responsibilities Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience. Manage cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results. Collaborative and builds strong client relationships. Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives. Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs. Effective and confident communicator, comfortable engaging all clients. Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Confidence in educating clients on simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Adhere to established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations. Efficiently manage time and capacity while focusing on results. Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions. One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, business administration, finance). Pay & Benefits Hourly pay range: $25.00 – $27.88, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
