MORTGAGE PROCESSOR

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Processor to join our team. If you have previous mortgage processing experience and a passion for providing exceptional service, we want you on our team!What You'll Do:Gather all necessary information to complete loan applications accurately and efficientlySubmit loans for approval to the Underwriter - ensuring compliance with established time framesReview loan documentation to verify the accuracy of the provided informationOrder and review appraisals, title insurance policies, flood certifications, 3-tier credit reports, and other essential documentationMaintain loan documentation and databases - ensuring accurate and up-to-date recordsGenerate closing documentation to be signed by borrowersCoordinate real estate loan boarding with investors and loan servicing vendorsProvide prompt and courteous service to membersWhat You Need:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of previous mortgage processing experienceWorking knowledge of federal/state regulations impacting the mortgage industryWhat You'll Bring:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and demands with precisionProficiency in loan document preparation and distributionStrong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-makingExcellent interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional image with members, co-workers, and vendorsMotivation!
