What You’ll Do Perform routine maintenance and inspections across all credit union facilities, vehicles, and equipment Prioritize work orders, track projects, and maintain organized records Monitor and restock supplies for all branch locations Support furniture installations, relocations, and workspace changes Conduct monthly building inspections and make necessary repairs Clean and maintain ATMs monthly; assist with new ATM installation Assist with setup of new branch locations, including janitorial, moving logistics and marketing support Manage credit union storage facility operations and item transport Actively serve on the Disaster Recovery Team and participate in preparedness exercises Ensure all assets meet safety regulations and follow proper safety procedure Develop and maintain written maintenance procedures and policies Coordinate with external vendors for janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, security, signage, and plumbing services Comply with safety protocols for hazardous materials storage and disposal Support branch safety during winter months, including de-icing of walkways and parking areas Perform additional duties as required to support facility operations The Hours Monday - Saturday: 8:00am - 6:00pm The Pay Range $22.00 - $32.00 per hour What We Offer Generous PTO (Paid Time Off) 11 Paid holidays Paid bereavement leave Paid jury duty leave Training and advancement opportunities 401k with match up to 6% Mortgage discounts Paid volunteering at ACU sponsored events Bonus opportunities Company paid long term disability and life insurance Full medical, vision and dental benefits Annual employee event for all staff and their families Employee Assistant Program (EAP) and more! What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Minimum of five or more years of relevant facilities maintenance experience, requires knowledge of general maintenance skills and minor electrical/plumbing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Must possess a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record Proven attention to detail Strong problem‑solving skills Strong organization Knowledgeable on occupational hazards and standard safety practices Operational knowledge of the characteristics of mechanical equipment and tools used in the area of work assigned Must be bondable and pass a credit and background check Join Our Crew 401k with up to 6% Match!
