Required Experience and Qualifications:

Healthcare payer insurance experience
Solid Scrum knowledge and ability to run ceremonies effectively
Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to run ceremonies, remove impediments, and improve delivery using metrics
Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and basic metrics
Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or equivalent
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
Experience with the Pega Platform
Experience with appeals & grievances
Experience with authorization
Experience in a SaaS or technology product company
Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (e.g.
