Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Healthcare payer insurance experience
- Solid Scrum knowledge and ability to run ceremonies effectively
- Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to run ceremonies, remove impediments, and improve delivery using metrics
- Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and basic metrics
- Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or equivalent
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
- Experience with the Pega Platform
- Experience with appeals & grievances
- Experience with authorization
- Experience in a SaaS or technology product company
- Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (e.g.
