Accounting Manager

Are you an experienced Accounting Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys tackling complex challenges? What You’ll Do

As an Accounting Manager consultant, you will partner directly with client leadership teams to deliver immediate value. Typical responsibilities may include:

• Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Managing and mentoring accounting staff or stepping in as interim leadership
• Supporting audit preparation and coordinating with external auditors
• Leading process improvements and internal control enhancements
• Assisting with ERP implementations, upgrades, or system optimization
• Driving financial reporting accuracy and timeliness
• Supporting special projects (M&A integration, clean-up work, backlog management)

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management-level responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience leading close processes, audits, and internal controls
• Prior experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Proven ability to step into new environments and quickly assess needs
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
• CPA or advanced degree preferred (not required)
