Just Pull It Dental is looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our Clearwater office. Our practice specializes exclusively in dental extractions and urgent dental care, allowing us to provide fast, affordable treatment to patients who need immediate relief.

We're searching for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every patient.

Position Overview

As the first person patients meet when they arrive, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive experience while helping keep the office running efficiently. This position combines customer service, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with professionalism and compassion
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out
• Answer questions and provide clear information about office procedures
• Help create a positive, supportive experience from arrival to departure

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and office documentation
• Complete administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Help ensure smooth daily office operations

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff throughout the day
• Travel between nearby office locations when business needs require
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
• Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule

• Part-time position (1520 hours per week)
• Evening availability required
• Saturday availability preferred (9:00 AM1:00 PM)
• Schedule may vary based on business needs
