Sky Mountain Contractors is a local General Contractor looking for qualified applicants. Currently we are looking for employees who are "Jack of all trades" oriented who can pick construction methods up quickly and can move at a professional pace. If you are already proficient as a lead we can discuss a different payscale. We require 3 years experience for this payscale. The more experience, the more pay.
Special consideration if you are able to handle most types of residential and light commercial work.
We work all over King County ( sometimes north pierce or south snohomish counties). We do all phases of residential remodeling 40%, additions 40%, New structure builds 20%. Indoor,outdoor. You name it. From kitchens and baths to additions,decks,landscapes. We are NEVER without work and most of our work is from word of mouth. Currently we are booked through September of this year. We are generous with our pay and there are sometimes bonuses if projects come in well done and ahead of schedule .
Extra pay if you can read blueprints effectively, have a truck and tools, sick pay, drive time paid if the site is further than our standard range from you,vacation pay, family leave pay.
We are also beginning state, county and city rfp processes which pay prevailing wage ( up to $85 and hr) so intermittent BIG paychecks are a possibility.
