About the Role

The Company is seeking a Branch Manager II to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth of consumer and business customer relationships, as well as the administration and daily operation of multiple retail branch offices. This dynamic role includes operations and risk management, lending, product sales, customer service, performance management, and ensuring security and safety in line with the company's objectives. The Branch Manager II will also provide leadership to the branch team, with a focus on maintaining and expanding customer relationships, individual account profitability, and the cross-selling of financial products and services. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 7 years of Branch Manager experience in a sales and service environment. Business development experience and strong community ties are essential. The role requires a candidate with a client-centric and service-oriented attitude, the ability to meet sales targets, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, along with prior multi-branch management experience. The candidate should be highly organized, knowledgeable of banking operational processes, and able to work a flexible schedule. The role also involves travel between branch locations and requires the ability to manage multiple locations or remote teams.
