Production Controller

We are seeking a Production Controller to become an integral part of our team! You will plan and monitor work flow as well as material movement in outside processes and deliveries to ensure continuous operations. This job will have a start pay, a 3 month evaluation and another after 6 months to adjust pay and benefits. Responsibilities Take care of incoming/outgoing and maintenance of all customer orders Must determine all outside processes needed and organize completion for on time shipment Maintain open order spreadsheet and create work orders for the machine operators Must communicate well with customers and vendors as needed to relay important information Work with Operations Manager to maintain proper scheduling Qualifications Must have excellent Multi Tasking Skills as this is a fast paced position Microsoft Office and Excel and general knowledge of computers in order to access all customer portals Great Customer Service skills to discuss jobs with customers and OSP suppliers Strong organizational skills A MUST Basic knowledge of blueprint reading for important notes that pertain to outside processes on parts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented Company Description North State Machine Inc. has over 40 years of experience specializing in tool and die manufacturing and machine manufacturing.
