In this role, you’ll take charge of everything from sourcing the freshest catch to creating eye‑catching displays that keep customers coming back. You’ll manage inventory and ordering, ensure top‑notch food safety and cleanliness, and lead a team with confidence and care. Whether you're helping a customer choose the perfect fillet or training staff on proper handling techniques, your leadership will set the tone for quality and service.
